Bitumen membrane

Coating systems intended for the treatment of bitumen membrane roof surfaces where priming is done with two-pack polyurethane varnish and coating with selected polyurea elastomeric coating.

Structural integrity and the adhesion of the old roofing must be confirmed before coating with TEKNOPUR. When BROOF(t2) rating is required, TEKNOPUR 340 FR must be used.

Metal Sheeting

Coating system intended for the treatment of metallic (usually steel) roof structures, industrial or residential, where priming is done with two-pack polyurethane paint and coating with selected polyurea elastomeric coating.

Any old coatings and paints must be removed before coating with TEKNOPUR. When BROOF(t2) rating is required, TEKNOPUR 340 FR must be used.

Tile

Coating system intended for the treatment of mineral surfaces such as tile roofs (e.g. clay, concrete) where priming is done with two-pack polyurethane paint and coating with selected polyurea elastomeric coating.

For the maintenance of an old mineral-based roof, the roof is primed with TEKNOPUR SEALER 200-00 polyurethane varnish to close the pores. The consumption of the primer depends on the condition of the roof. In poor condition, the roof can absorb more primer, which may take longer for the primer to harden.
