The advantage of digital printed surfaces in terms of flexibility and planning reliability compared to the conventionally used decorative paper is distinguished. Teknos offers powerful primer solutions that guarantee a perfect adhesion both to the respective substrate and to the applied printing ink. In the field of protective coatings, there is no limit to the imagination in terms of appearance (for example, glossiness low-matt to high gloss) and performance (abrasion, scratch resistance, anti-fingerprint).

High gloss

At the moment, high gloss surfaces in the furniture sector are the trend. Especially in combination with wood decor or deep matt surfaces, high gloss surfaces give an accent and provide a powerful optical expression. For the industrial coating of high gloss surfaces, Teknos offers economical roller application for highest quality demands in brilliance and depth.
The portfolio includes primers for every substrate, optimized abrasive grounds for the customer systems as well as topcoats for the highest demands in terms of scratch resistance, hardness and impact resistance.

Deep matt

The market demands ever duller and deeper matt surfaces. Therefore, Teknos offers surface finishes and haptic for the furniture, floor and door areas with a gloss degree of down to G2 at a 60°angle. Resistances and processability are not neglected. We offer matching and customer-oriented, individual solutions in deep matt, soft-touch or natural wood effects of all kinds.

Soft touch

Colourless 2K-PU effect soft touch coatings impress with a velvety, almost invisible and ultra-matt surface. Soft touch coatings can be applied on a wide variety of substrates, e.g. wood or wood materials and are distinguished by simple processing. Soft touch finishes give a pleasant velour feel and will enhance coated surfaces in all rooms of the house and make them look authentic and modern. Due to the anti-fingerprint characteristic, fingerprints will not occur at all and the surface remains as untouched.

Anti-fingerprint

Anti-fingerprint coatings have versatile application possibilities. They are mainly used on deep and ultra matt surfaces in the area of furniture, which are subject to high stress by frequent handling. Especially the appearance of kitchen fronts are affected by fingerprints sustainably. These susceptible surfaces also require an increased cleaning effort. Therefore, specially developed UV topcoats from Teknos produce a non-closed, inhomogeneous surface, which makes the left optical contrast of the fingerprint appear invisible. In addition, the protective chemical and mechanical resistances of UV coating are retained.
