FLOOR 4500 is a water-soluble, highly abrasion-resistant 1C floor sealing coating for low-emission, odourless treatment of practically all softwoods and hardwoods. FLOOR 4500 is also suitable as a top sealing coating on MINOPRIMER AQUA 6700 for anhydrite floors. The product is resistant to light and yellowing.

Surface preparation

Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil. Coating removal: Sand

Application

Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.

Application conditions

Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C. Ideal surface and object temperature for application: +18°C-22°C. Avoid application in direct sunlight. Underfloor heating systems must be adjusted well in advance.

Maintenance

Initial and maintenance care: After at least 3 weeks curing time with RENSA FLOOR POLISH 4580. For more information on wood floor surface treatments and their use, visit www.parkett-verband.ch.

Storage

Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.

When renovating or coating exotic wood species, we recommend using RENO GRUND 3300. Do not use on pear wood without a primer. Risk of film formation faults. When using on dark woods please refer to the instructions in our VTM 5564 "White discolouration” in the areas around the joints of sealed dark wood floors.
