KIRJO® AQUA – A PAINT FOR SHEET METAL ROOFS
Painting sheet metal roofs protects against corrosion. KIRJO AQUA has an anticorrosive pigmentation which gives an excellent protection from corrosive climate effects. A flexible film coating also allows for the movement of the metal sheets. Water-borne KIRJO AQUA retains its colour extremely well, creates a matt finish. KIRJO AQUA is the right choice for maintenance painting of industrially coated sheet metal. In addition to protecting sheet metal from corrosion you can enhance the building's appearance by selecting a suitable colour from Exterior colours collection
PAINT DIRECTLY TO GALVANIZED METAL – NO PRIMER NEEDED
Unlike some systems, when painting galvanized metal with KIRJO AQUA, there is no need for weathering exposure. This means the galvanized surface does not need to be exposed to the atmosphere for a period of at least six months. KIRJO AQUA roof paint can be applied directly to new, properly prepared galvanized metal, without an additional primer.
KIRJO® TILE – A PAINT FOR CONCRETE TILES
Concrete tile is a long-lasting roofing material, however, when exposed to weather stresses, its surface deteriorates, becomes dirty and their colour fades. Painting concrete tiles with KIRJO TILE is an easy way to extend the life of the roof. It is designed for maintenance painting of old tile roofs and retards the penetration of water into the structure, thus reducing the erosion of the roofing. No separate primer needed when applied.
