BIORA 20

Semi-matt interior paint

Water-borne acrylate dispersion paint for interior walls and ceilings. It is easy to apply and produces a semi-matt, even film which is easy to keep clean.

BIORA 20 is especially well suited for use on walls and ceilings in kitchens, vestibules, staircases, nurseries and classrooms. BIORA 20 can be applied onto concrete, plaster, filler, brick and building board surfaces.

Surface preparation

Clean new surfaces from dust and dirt. Wash previously painted surfaces with RENSA SUPER paint cleaner. Matt down hard or gloss surfaces by sanding and thereafter remove the dust. Remove all of the old paint from the surfaces which have been painted with glue paint or lime wash. For smoothing of irregularities in the surface choose a suitable filler from the SILORA series. The dried filler is sanded down and the dust removed.

Application

Stir thoroughly before use. Apply once or twice.

Application conditions

The surface to be treated must be dry. During the application and drying period the temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the product shall be above +5°C and the relative air humidity below 80%. Good ventilation during the application and drying period quickens the drying process.

Maintenance

The final forming of the film takes approx. 4 weeks under normal circumstances and after that the ultimate durability and hardness is reached. Before this the surface must be treated with care. The surface can be cleaned by wiping with a neutral (pH 6 - 8) detergent. Detergent and dirt are removed by wiping and/or rinsing the surface with clean water. Use a cleaning cloth, soft sponge or similar for cleaning. Avoid coarse brushing or heavy abrasion. Follow the dilution and other instructions of the detergent producer when using detergents.

Must not freeze.

Clean up Warm water and RENSA BRUSH brush cleaner. Wash the equipment immediately after use.
Colours Base paints 1 (white) and 3, which can be tinted to obtain the shades in Interior Colour Card.
Packages Base paints 1 and 3: 0.9 l, 2.7 l, 9 l.

Recommended safety precautions when using the product: Avoid unnecessary skin contact. Use work clothes to protect against paint splashes. Use eye protection to protect againts paint splashes.
