For repair of defects in hardwood flooring and mouldings.

UVILUX PUTTY 1465-20 is developed as a one-component putty with good surface and deepcure properties while fully opaque. The product also has very good filling and sanding properties.

Storage

Should not be exposed to temperatures above +40°C. Should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Store in a tightly closed container. Storage stability is 9 months in unopened package. Must not freeze.

Application methods

Manual and automatic application.

Drying methods

Cures under UV-lamps, recommend using Gallium light source. Product temperature is recommended to be above +50°C prior to curing. Increasing the energy density gives a higher cure-depth. Should not be heated above +70°C before UV curing. Temperature during curing should never exceed +130°C, otherwise final color can be affected.
