ETERNO GRUND 1173 is a solvent-based, weather-resistant wood primer with a track-proven alkyd resin base. The product has a good levelling and isolating effect against active substances in the wood and reduces discolouration of knots and bleeding of active substances in the wood. ETERNO GRUND 1173 is ideal as a primer for the ETERNO 36 range.
Surface preparation
Every substrate must be well-cleaned, dry and free from grease and oil. Coating removal: Sand, sandblast
Application
Stir or shake the product well for several minutes before use, if necessary by machine.
Application conditions
Recommended temperature for surroundings and product: +15°C-25°C. Do not apply below +10°C.
Storage
Storage temperature is +5°C - +30°C. Store in a tightly closed container.
