Introducing - 'Advanced Fluid-Flow Technology'
Reducing your paint wastage, by up to 40%
For 20+ years most high build exterior wood paints needed to be applied at around 1500psi (103 Bar) with a 40° spray fan pattern.
This meant large amounts of overspray were created whenever you sprayed joinery.
Often, more than half of the paint sprayed, missed the joinery and ended up in the extraction unit.
But this is no longer the case.
Thanks to our new Advanced fluid-flow technology, AQUATOP VIRTA can be applied at 1100 psi (76 Bar) with a 20° fan.
This change dramatically improves your transfer efficiency, meaning more of the paint you spray hits the joinery, and less of it ends up in your booth filters.

Not only is the overspray wastage higher with traditional high build paints, but there is also 25% more paint delivery due to the higher pressure.
Less wear & tear on equipment
AQUATOP VIRTA can be sprayed at a lower pressure. Meaning less wear and tear on your equipment, plus, you'll have less overspray, meaning you'll be changing booth filters less often. You may even find you can start using a lower ratio pump, saving money on equipment costs too.
Lower energy consumption
AQUATOP VIRTA allows you to reduce the pressure you spray at, meaning less energy consumption for your business. This can lead to less costly energy bills and a lower carbon footprint.
