This product is recommended for the industrial lacquering of wooden substrates. Waterborne pigmented adhesive coat for doorskin. This product ensures good opacity, an excellent adhesion to the substrate and shows good press stability in the production process of doors.
Surface preparation
This product is especially formulated to be applied as roller basecoat in the coating process of HDF panels. Please consult our technical staff prior to other applications.
Application
Stir thoroughly and filter before use. Apply by roller coater, with a shore hardness of preferably 40 - 50 shore (Isobutylen/Isopren-Copolymer or EPDM-Prepolymer).
Intermediate drying after each layer is recommended.
Application conditions
The recommended application temperature is +20 – +35°C.
Storage
Storage and transportation temperature is +25 ± 5°C. Storage stability is 1 year in unopened package. Protect from heat and freeze!
Drying methods
Jet dryer i.e. IR-dryer.
Adjustment of drying parameters according to film weight and line speed is necessary. A preliminary test of the complete build-up is recommended.
