This product is recommended for the industrial lacquering of wood-based substrates. This waterborne adhesive base-coat for roller application exists in different colours and has good adhesion to the substrate and subsequent layers.
By using an appropriate layer construction and drying conditions, it is possible to achieve R4 / R7 chemical resistance according to IOS-MAT-0066.

Surface preparation
This product was especially developed for the application on wood-based substrates.
Application
Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply by roller coater, with a shore hardness of preferably 40 - 50 shore (Isobutylen/Isopren-Copolymer or EPDM-Prepolymer).
Intermediate drying after each layer is recommended.
Storage
Storage and transportation temperature is +25 ± 5°C. Storage stability is 1 year in unopened package. Protect from heat and freeze!
Drying methods
Jet dryer i.e. IR-dryer.
Adjustment of drying parameters according to film weight and line speed is necessary. A preliminary test of the complete build-up is recommended.
