Teknos Global Trainee Program 2022

Teknos Global Trainee Program is targeted for graduates and university students who are working on their Master's studies. The program gives a good general understanding of our global business and provides an opportunity to work on real business projects, usually in Group functions. The traineeship is a great opportunity to kick start your career and put your study knowledge into practice.

The traineeship is paid, and lasts for approximately four to six months. Positions are based in Helsinki, however we are offering a hybrid working model. Many of our Global Trainees have continued their career at Teknos afterwards.

Trainee positions require studies either in data science or analytics, digital or IT science, communication, HR, economics or chemistry/enironmental science, but there can also be opportunities for students from other fields of study. As Teknos is a globally operating company, fluent English skills are required, Finnish would be an advantage whereas other Teknos language skills are welcomed assets.

The 2019 Teknos Trainee Trip

This year trainees got to visit the Teknos offices and facilities in Riga, Tartu and Tallinn. The trip served as an opportunity to get to know each other and our colleagues abroad. It opened our perspectives outside our own projects and topics and enabled us to see Teknos as a truly international company.
